Please do not show up without an appointment, we do not have drop in availability, and have to respect our reservation appointments time and privacy. Do not fill out any of the patient forms until we have communicated, new patient forms submitted without scheduling with our clinic beforehand will go unread.

Requests do not guarantee admission, we pre-screen to confirm we are a good fit for your conditions, so please include what you are looking to focus on in your message. No same day appointments, responses can be 2-3 business/working days to respond, thank you for your patience.
